Alan founded the business in late 2011 with the primary focus of establishing a strong rental portfolio.

In 2016, he opened a new office at 2 Parkhouse Street, Ayr and expanded the company into the sales market to complement the rental portfolio. Like the rental portfolio the sales side of the business has grown year on year and Alan will continue to lead the team to continue to grow the company.

Alan has obtained his Level 6 award in Residential Letting and Property Management and is a dedicated property professional.

Kerry is a dedicated and hardworking member of the team. With over 15 years of administration/management experience her knowledge and expertise are a great asset to the team. Kerry has a great thirst for knowledge, and no task is ever too big for her to deal with. Kerry's remit is to continue to build and grow our team who are focused on delivering first class service to all our customers.

Yvonne has worked in administration and secretarial fields for over 20 years and takes pride in all areas of customer service, attention to details and has effective communication skills.

She is highly skilled in dealing with rental enquiries and will make sure you are always getting the best value from choosing to rent with us.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and travelling all over the world.
