Deposit
All properties with Ayr Estate & Letting Agents require a deposit. This is generally equal to one months rent however, sometimes this can be higher if you have pets. Having this in place when you apply for the property is vital as this will demonstrate your commitment to the process.
Should your application be un-successful then any payments towards the rent or deposit will be refunded in full.
Application Form
All applicants are required to complete one of our tenant application forms. This form will gather information such as contact details, address history, current employers details and referee contact details.
Completing this form provides ourselves with a better picture of your current circumstances. The more information that you can supply the better.
Application forms can be collected from our office or e-mailed or posted.
Supporting Documents
When completing an application form you will be asked to supply supporting documents such as ID, proof of address, proof of income etc.
These documents are extremely important and without them we are unable to process any application form.
Having these documents readily available will allow ourselves to promptly process your application and provide you with an outcome as the earliest opportunity.
